What are your qualifications?

I'm a certified trauma-informed counsellor and parent coach, and a Student Member of BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I hold two degrees in psychology and accreditation as a Trauma Informed Schools Senior Lead from Trauma Informed Schools UK. I trained in Humanistic Integrative Counselling at CPPD Pakistan, where I'm continuing my development as a therapist, with clinical certification for online and phone therapy. You'll always know where I am in that journey, and I work within it. If something needs support beyond my scope, I'll say so and help you find the right person.
